Our revolutionary supercritical foaming PP honeycomb core, through physical fusion, enables the supercritical foaming layer to wrap and support the PP honeycomb core, forming a mutually locking rigid and tough framework. The external force impact is evenly dispersed and absorbed, providing strong protection for the honeycomb cells. This fundamentally eliminates the pattern where the wall foam core structure is prone to damage and the EPP core permanently deforms after repeated strikes.

Supercritical foaming technology:

It is made by using Expanded Thermoplastic Polyurethane  as raw material and undergoing microcellular foaming through supercritical fluid technology (physical foaming technology).

Supercritical foaming characteristics:

Clean and environmentally friendly, pure physical foaming. It has no odor, high tear resistance, and is several times more tear-resistant than EPP and traditional foam. It also has strong pressure-bearing capacity, is wear-resistant, has good elasticity, does not shed chips, and is resistant to solvents and ozone.
